Where an Event has been cancelled by Exid Academy, all fees will be re-imbursed in full. Attendees may, at their election, transfer credit to another event or receive a full refund.

If you can no longer attend the Event, notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing to us. 

More than 30 days from course commencement

In the event of a cancellation, Exid Academy will refund 95% of the fees.

10 - 30 days from course commencement

In the event of a cancellation, CARE Dental Academy will refund 50% of the fees.

10 days or less from course commencement

In the event of notification of a cancellation 10 working days or less before the course date, fees paid will not be refunded.

For reasons beyond reasonable control, Exid Academy has the right to make cancellations, substitutions and alterations to speakers, topics and/or the schedule of the Event at any time.

Notice of any changes will be announced on the webpage, social media or via email. Such changes do not constitute a breach of contract by Exid Academy and do not trigger any liability.

If Exid Academy alters the time and/or location of the Event, Exid Academy will provide you with notice of the changes and will offer attendees the choice of either a refund or the opportunity to attend the Event as varied.

Prices may be subject to change from time to time.

Speakers & Presenters Exid Academy is not liable for advice given, or views expressed, by any at the Event or in any material provided to Attendees by third parties hosted by Exid Academy.

Photography, media and intellectual property By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you may enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur and grant Exid Academy the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing.

Use of educational resources You may only use the materials and content for your own private non-commercial use. No part of the materials and content covered by copyright should be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished in any form or by any means without the express written permission of Minimax implant or owner of material.

Registration and Attendence Exid Academy has the right to refuse entry to the event if the correct identification (eg. ID card, drivers license) matching registration cannotbe provided.

All Attendees are required to observe and comply with any safety advice, site signage, alcohol consumption and security requirements of the venue of any event held by Exid Academy.

Exid Academy will not be liable for any damage or loss or otherwise arising if you or any other person incurs, experiences or suffers an accident, direct or indirect loss including to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health related issue whatsoever whilst in transit to or from the Event and/or at the Event.

exidacademy.com orders are dispatched on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). To the best of our ability orders will be dispatched the next day for delivery once full payment has been received.

While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during peak promotional periods. Please expect a delay of 3-6 business days during these times.

The Customer accepts that Products that the Company is prohibited from reselling such as medicines may not be returned for any reason.

All descriptive specifications, illustrations, drawings, data, dimensions and weights supplied by Exid Academy or otherwise contained in catalogues, price lists, advertising or in other printed material of the Company are approximate only and are for general illustration purposes only.

Refunds or returns will only be given to the extent there is a non-excludable right to return or refund under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. 12.2 Subject to clause 14.2: (a) the Customer must inspect and check all Products received and within 3 days of receipt notify the Company in Writing of any shortage in quantity, defect, incorrect specification, damage or Products not in accordance with the Customer’s Order. The Customer is responsible for checking that Products correspond with those ordered prior to use. After use or expiry of the time stated herein the Products will be deemed to be free from any defect or damage at delivery; (b) the Customer agrees that it will not return any of the Products without first informing the Company. Returned Products must be unmarked, in a saleable condition and must include the original packaging, accessories, delivery document and invoice; (c) no credit or replacement will be given unless and until Products so returned have been verified as being valid for return or are defective. The Company reserves the right to recover its costs where the returned Products prove not to be valid for return or are not defective. Returned Products must be returned to the Company to the address notified by the Company to the Customer from time to time; (d) all freight, handling and other charges in relation to returning Products (other than Products not ordered or found to be defective) are the responsibility of the Customer. Where the freight, handling and other charges in relation to a returned product are the responsibility of the Company: (i) the Company must authorise those costs in Writing to the Customer prior to the Customer returning those Product(s) to the Company; or (ii) the Company may elect to collect the Products from the Customer or nominate its own carrier. 12.3 Subject to clause 14.2 the Customer will be liable for a re-stocking fee on all Products accepted for return calculated as 30% of the relevant invoice price. The re stocking fee will not apply to Products returned for being defective, damaged or for failing to comply with the Order.

An administration fee of $55 including GST plus all associated bank charges may be applied to any cheque payment returned unpaid by the bank for whatever reason.
